Our Spring FGB meeting took place on 19th March 2026.
Any governors’ business interests were declared, minutes of the previous meeting were approved and any matters arising from the Autumn meeting were followed up.

Governors received reports from the Headteacher, subcommittees and link governors, detailing what has been happening in school since the last meeting. These reports gave the governors an insight into and an opportunity to discuss and question the school’s finance, staffing, premises, school’s links with the Church and Diocese of St Asaph, educational opportunities to enhance the curriculum such as trips and workshops, staff and pupil wellbeing, attendance and behaviour, and any issues which could impact health and safety, safeguarding, additional learning needs (ALN) and children looked after by the Local Authority.

School’s progress in terms of the SDP was discussed, as was professional development, governor terms of office and governor recruitment.
