Our Summer FGB meeting took place on 17th June 2026.

Minutes of the last meeting and any matters arising from the Spring meeting were followed up.

During this meeting, the governors discussed matters including finance, staffing, premises, school’s links with St Mary‘s Church and the Diocese of St Asaph, educational opportunities provided this term, staff and pupil wellbeing, attendance, pupil behaviour, health and safety, safeguarding and child protection and additional learning needs (ALN). 

Governors discussed preparations for the Governors Annual Report to Parents and the School Prospectus for the coming year. Staff gave feedback on the school’s self-evaluation (an ongoing process) and progress relative to the school development plan objectives. This took into account the reports of link governor meetings held in the Spring term.
