School Development Plan 2025/26

We decide the development priorities each year by looking at what the school does well, and areas where improvements are possible – the school Self Evaluation. Here is a summary of our findings:

Our development priorities for this year are:

Priority 1: Building a Culture of Confident Communicators β€“ further developing feedback, Cymraeg, and introducing BSL (British Sign Language). 

Priority 2: Wellbeing First – supporting pupils and staff through sustainable wellbeing practices.

Priority 3: Numeracy – strengthening Mathematics and Numeracy through procedural fluency.
