There have been several interesting days so far this term in Dosbarth Llyn Ogwen, here are just a few of them:
On Thursday 9th October we had a great visit to NantClwyd y Dre in Ruthin, this Tudor house has been occupied by local families for over 400 years and so we had a first-hand experience of what life would have been like in a Tudor home in Wales.

We celebrated Harvest in a service at St Mary’s Church on Wednesday 15th October.

On Thursday 13th November we celebrated World Kindness Day with an assembly from the charity 52 Lives and by thinking of those people in our lives who we wanted to recognise for being amazing!

Roles and Responsibilities – we’re very proud of the children in Dosbarth Llyn Ogwen who have been chosen by their peers to represent us on a range of school committees; School Council, Christian Ethos Council, Wellbeing Committee, Eco Council and Criw Cymraeg.

We showed our artistic flair in art competitions this term for Bishop Gregory’s Christmas Card Competition and for the Royal British Legion Remembrance Day Competition.

We are excited this term to have begun learning BSL, we have welcomed Miss Dawn, Miss Debbie, Miss Angela and Dasher into school, from The Centre of Sign, Sight and Sound (COS) to help us with this learning
