Full Governing Body Meeting Summer 2025

Our Summer FGB meeting took place on 18th June 2025.

Minutes of the last meeting and any matters arising from the Spring meeting were be followed up.

Governors received reports from the Headteacher, subcommittees and link governors, detailing what has happened in school since the last meeting. These reports gave the governors an insight into and an opportunity to discuss and question the school’s financial situation, any staffing matters, any work needed to maintain or improve the school building or outdoor area, things relating to school’s links with the Church and Diocese of St Asaph, educational opportunities to enhance the curriculum such as trips and visitors, staff and pupil wellbeing, attendance and behaviour, and any issues which could impact health and safety, safeguarding, additional learning needs and children looked after by the Local Authority. 

Governors discussed preparations for the Governors Annual Report to Parents and the School Prospectus for the coming year. Reports from the SDP & AoLE link governors were discussed alongside an update on the School Self Evaluation.
